Domestic Shipping Policies products in US  3-7 days to Ship:

All domestic orders (within the United States) are shipped USPS First-Class Mail. Priority shipping is not currently available. If you would like to request your order be expedited and shipped sooner than our typical shipment fulfillment window, please email your request to [email protected]. We will try our best to accommodate all expedited requests, but expedited requests are not guaranteed. Domestic orders should typically arrive between 3 to 5 business days after your order has been shipped. If USPS is anticipating delays due to weather or other factors, those updates will be available at usps.com/tracking.

Domestic orders are not insured. Orders valued at under $150 are not insured. If you have an order valued at more than $150 and would like to request your order be insured, please leave an order note at the time of your order AND email [email protected] to alert our order fulfillment team of your purchase and insurance request.

International Shipping Policies If shipping product is from china 3-4 weeks:

All international orders are shipped USPS First-Class International Mail. Priority shipping is not available. If you would like to request your order be expedited and shipped sooner than our typical shipment fulfillment window, please email your request to [email protected]. We will try our best to accommodate all expedited requests, but expedited requests are not guaranteed. International orders may take up to 2 business weeks to arrive.

Please note: once an international order has left the United States, the order is turned over to the local postal service for your country. For questions regarding the tracking and status of your order, once it has left the United States, please direct your inquiries to your local postal service. You may use your USPS First-Class International Tracking number as a reference.

Please note: certain countries require a customs fee be paid for any merchandise purchased outside of your country. We are not responsible for applicable customs fees. Failure to pay customs fees may result in your item being rejected entry and it being returned back to our warehouse. IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR AUSTRALIA ORDERS: As of July 1st, 2018, all imports into Australia will be subject to a new 10% GST tax on low-value goods. We are not responsible for any additional taxes your country of origin may place on imported goods. No refunds will be issued due to a failure to pay required import taxes and orders WILL NOT be reshipped if they are returned to our warehouse due to a failure to pay required import taxes.
